Haiz.....so tired,my bck and legs ace so much cause today we gt rev up so we have to run outside the sch today.The routes was so long and we have to run for a very very long distance,so tired after that.Ah hong so good lor,hcf members no nid to run,they only nid to play ball or badminton and stuff like that.So good i also one but i nt hfc so nid to run,sian.............after this run in the morning i still have to run for pe,2 rounds around the sch,so tired lor.My others classmate nid to run 3 rounds but i only 2 cause i am sick yesterday den i nvr go sch so i cannot run too much so teacher call me to run 2 rounds can ler.Den after this run we nid to train for......dk hw to spell.It like a iron ball like that de den must throw it,we have to push the ball upwards,looks very easy right.Our teacher call us girls to choose first if we one to be the first to throw or the last.We discussed if we one first or second but the teacher help us choose instead so we do first.For those for do wrong must run 2 lap round the  field so we cannot make any mistakes.All of the girls do very well expect for 2 ppl but teacher give a second routes that is if they can spot what is wrong den they no nid to run  ler so in the end no girls nid to run,so good right but the boys in our class very bad lor.I rather one my ex classmate den my classmate nw cause they so what lor.But nt all the members of my classmate very bad la,some only but still very what lor.I have to go do my hw lor so i end here ler kays,so byebye
